Leadership is about orchestrating others

Getting the job done successfully requires successful leaders. Success comes from experience. Leadership experience comes from doing it, embracing it, and having others follow it.

Successful strategic leaders are strong, well-educated and principled who can make informed decisions in the face of uncertainty.
