Kristine Petka Shea is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Shea Strategies, where she runs the firm and leads its procurement and supply chain practice. She brings more than 25 years of Tier-1 federal contracting experience to government contractors and the investors who back them.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at SAIC and then Leidos, Kristine led procurement through one of the most complex corporate separations in the defense industry: the split of SAIC into two independent Fortune 500 companies. At Leidos she delivered $60M+ in annual reportable cost savings.

Over her career she modernized the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, built enterprise strategic sourcing and supplier management programs, and kept procurement fully compliant with FAR, DFARS and SOX, including CPSR readiness and successful audits.

Today Kristine serves clients as a fractional or interim Chief Procurement Officer and strategic advisor. Her work includes procurement transformation, supply chain risk and compliance, M&A due diligence and post-acquisition value creation for private equity investors, and Red Team proposal support.
