Our company philosophy isn't a banner; it is a way of life. It pervades everything that we do, from who we will hire, to who we will work with, to what we expect of ourselves.

Part of our employee culture is a strong belief in and focus on giving back to the community — especially to the men, women, and families who serve and support the U.S. military.

Community service is engrained in the culture at Shea Strategies, LLC. We constantly look for ways to give back to the community, especially those who have given so much to defend our nation. Our team is actively involved in a number of key community organizations.
